quick review of Trendnet TEW-432BRP wireless router

I was happy with the recent upgrade of the broadband router, which port-forwards your request to see this blog page to the actual Fedora Linux server.  The upgrade went smoothly, w/o having to resort to any manual or doc. Only a few nitty-gritty complaints  against the Trendnet TEW-432BRP wireless router. They are:

  • no IP reservation for DHCP server functionality. I can definitely use it on the VoIP adapter and the blog server. I ended up using static IP for the blog server outside the DHCP range. Read the rest of this entry »
